RCPSecure Global LLC receives approval for a Class 3 VFA License from the MFSA on December 21st 2020.

We are proud to announce that we have been approved to accept Crypto-Currencies under the VFA(Virtual Financial Assets) Act regulated by the MFSA.

To date RCPSecure Global LLC has been operating under the transitory provisions of the Virtual Financial Assets Act in Malta and has worked closely with the regulator to achieve these important milestones. Malta is one of the few jurisdictions in the EU that have developed a clear digital assets regulatory framework to protect consumers. Fulfilling the conditions and the on-going obligations of the applicable local and international laws and regulations is a proof of RCPSecure Global LLC commitment to provide a secure and compliant crypto transaction environment globally.

Upon any service approval, RCPSecure Global LLC shall disclose its global public BTC wallet to the Client including the service invoice.

Timeframe & Service Execution
Service through BTC payments shall execute SAME DAY, as compared to the usual bank transfer which usually executes within 3 to 4 business days until funds are credited to the Company’s Business Bank Account.

Processing of Refunds (Payment made through BTC).
Processing of Crypto-refunds, in case of service cancellation in a meaningful timeframe, shall be done same day to the source wallet.
Note: A minimum Transaction Network Fee shall apply (Based on Blockchain infrastructure & terms).

Management of Crypto-Funds
All crypto-assets are managed by the Company’s Crypto-Asset Team.
